不同輸液配伍葛根素注射液對溶血的影響

【摘要】:目的:探討葛根素注射液與臨床上常用的2種輸液配伍后對其溶血不良反應的影響。方法:采用分光光度法測定孵育1,3,6h時,葛根素不同濃度、不同輸液配伍時的溶血率;測定溶液pH值、滲透壓值,明確pH、滲透壓、Na+、Cl-和葡萄糖分子在溶血中的作用。結果:葛根素注射液與不同輸液配伍時,相同孵育時間、相同濃度的溶血率存在顯著差異,組間pH值存在顯著變化,而滲透壓無顯著變化,Na+、Cl-、葡萄糖分子能顯著影響溶血率變化。結論:葛根素注射液與不同輸液配伍后的溶血存在顯著差異,pH值、滲透壓不是引起溶血差異的因素;葛根素注射液與0.9%氯化鈉注射液和5%葡萄糖注射液輸液配伍時,紅細胞對溶質成分Na+、Cl-、葡萄糖分子的膜通透性不同可能是引起溶血差異的主要原因。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of puerarin injection combined with two kinds of infusion fluids on adverse hemolysis. Methods: the hemolysis rate of puerarin in different concentration and compatibility with different infusion solution was determined by spectrophotometry, and the effects of pH, osmotic pressure, NaCl- and glucose on hemolysis were determined by spectrophotometry. Results: when puerarin injection was mixed with different infusion solution, the hemolysis rate of the same concentration and the same incubation time were significantly different. However, there was no significant change in osmotic pressure. Glucose molecules could significantly affect the hemolysis rate. Conclusion: there is significant difference in pH value between puerarin injection and different infusion solution, osmotic pressure is not the factor of hemolysis difference, puerarin injection is mixed with 0.9% sodium chloride injection and 5% glucose injection. The difference in membrane permeability of erythrocytes to solute components Na + Cl- and glucose may be the main cause of the difference in hemolysis.
