【摘要】：目的:為我國制訂獨家藥物品種相關(guān)政策提供參考。方法:通過國家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理總局網(wǎng)站查找2012年版《國家基本藥物目錄》中獨家藥品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的藥物品種及劑型,對獨家藥物品及劑型的分類及相關(guān)情況進行分析。結(jié)果:共查找到獨家藥物品種63種,獨家藥物劑型57種,獨家藥物品種及劑型占國家基本藥物的比例均為10%左右,且中成藥獨家品種較多。獨家藥物品種多采用單獨招標(biāo)方式進行招標(biāo),價格相對穩(wěn)定。結(jié)論:建議進行獨家藥物品種帶量采購、統(tǒng)一定價,并逐步降低招標(biāo)價格,以減輕患者就醫(yī)負(fù)擔(dān)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for the formulation of exclusive drug variety related policies in China. Methods: through the website of the State Administration of Food and Drug Administration to find out the kinds and formulations of drugs produced by the exclusive drug manufacturers in the 2012 edition of the National essential drugs catalogue, and to analyze the classification and related situation of the exclusive drugs and their formulations. Results: a total of 63 kinds of exclusive drugs and 57 kinds of exclusive drug forms were found out. The proportion of exclusive drug varieties and dosage forms was about 10%, and there were more proprietary Chinese medicine varieties. The exclusive drug variety mostly adopts the individual bidding method to carry on the bidding, the price is relatively stable. Conclusion: it is suggested to carry out the exclusive purchase of drug varieties, unify the price, and gradually reduce the bidding price in order to reduce the burden of patients seeking medical treatment.
