【摘要】：目的:明確輔助用藥的界定,了解目前我國醫(yī)療機構輔助用藥的使用現狀,初步確定需要重點監(jiān)測的輔助用藥品種及其監(jiān)測指標,為輔助用藥的管理提供指導方向。方法:采用德爾菲法設計調查問卷,對60名專家進行了三輪調查,并對問卷結果進行統計分析。結果:三輪問卷專家積極系數(回收率)分別為83.3%,100%,100%;輔助用藥重點監(jiān)測品種中9類藥物的專家意見集中程度和協調程度均較高;監(jiān)測指標中藥品使用金額比例、使用率、適應證、合并輔助用藥品種數的專家意見集中程度和協調程度較高。結論:基于德爾菲法的專家問卷調查明確了輔助用藥的界定,初步確定了需要重點監(jiān)測的輔助用藥品種及其指標,為輔助用藥的管理奠定了基礎。
[Abstract]:Objective: to clarify the definition of adjuvant drug use, to understand the current situation of the use of adjuvant drugs in medical institutions in our country, and to preliminarily determine the varieties and monitoring indexes of auxiliary drugs that need to be monitored so as to provide guidance for the management of auxiliary drugs. Methods: the questionnaire was designed by Delphi method, 60 experts were investigated for three rounds, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results: the positive coefficient (recovery rate) of experts in three rounds of questionnaires was 83.3% and 100%, respectively; the degree of concentration and coordination of expert opinions of 9 kinds of drugs in the key monitoring of auxiliary drugs were high; the proportion of amount of drug used, the rate of utilization, the indication of drug use in the monitoring index, The degree of expert opinion concentration and coordination of the number of auxiliary drugs was higher. Conclusion: the expert questionnaire survey based on Delphi method defines the adjuvant drugs, and preliminarily determines the varieties and indexes of auxiliary drugs that need to be monitored, which lays a foundation for the management of adjuvant drugs.
