【摘要】：目的:建立同時(shí)測(cè)定四環(huán)素可的松眼膏中鹽酸四環(huán)素和醋酸可的松含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色譜法。色譜柱為Phenomenex C18和Shimaduz GL C18,流動(dòng)相為0.01 mol/L十二烷基硫酸鈉溶液(用磷酸調(diào)節(jié)p H至2.5)-乙腈(60∶40,V/V),流速為1.0 ml/min,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)為254 nm,柱溫為30℃,進(jìn)樣量為20μl。結(jié)果:鹽酸四環(huán)素、醋酸可的松檢測(cè)質(zhì)量濃度線性范圍分別為11.36~227.18、11.11~222.21μg/ml(r均為0.999 9);精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的RSD≤1.2%;回收率分別為96.89%~100.67%、100.04%~101.02%,RSD分別為1.1%、0.3%(n=9)。結(jié)論:該方法簡(jiǎn)便快速,分離度和專屬性好,可準(zhǔn)確測(cè)定四環(huán)素可的松眼膏中鹽酸四環(huán)素和醋酸可的松的含量。
