【摘要】：目的了解破傷風抗毒素(tetanus antitoxin,TAT)的臨床應用現(xiàn)狀及其安全性研究進展,為開展上市后安全性評估提供參考。方法檢索國內(nèi)外研究TAT臨床應用安全性相關的文獻,對其進行歸類分析研究。結果目前TAT在臨床上主要應用于破傷風被動免疫和破傷風治療;大量安全性研究顯示,其皮試陽性率較高,主要與患者體質(zhì)、藥物因素、操作因素及其他原因造成假陽性過高有關。其不良反應主要有過敏性休克、血清病及其他類型不良反應。結論 TAT仍是國內(nèi)為外傷患者預防破傷風的首選注射藥物,建議在缶床應用中應重視過敏,注意觀察,并盡快制定適合我國的破傷風預防指南和規(guī)范,促進合理用藥。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical application and safety of tetanus antitoxin TAT, and to provide a reference for post-market safety assessment. Methods the literature about clinical safety of tat was searched and classified. Results at present, tat is mainly used in the treatment of tetanus passive immunization and tetanus. A large number of safety studies show that the positive rate of skin test is high, which is mainly related to patients' physique and drug factors. Operating factors and other causes of false positive is too high. The main adverse reactions are anaphylactic shock, serological disease and other types of adverse reactions. Conclusion tat is still the first choice injection drug for the prevention of tetanus in China. It is suggested that attention should be paid to allergy and observation in the application of tetanus in Fou bed, and guidelines and norms for tetanus prevention suitable for our country should be drawn up as soon as possible to promote rational use of tetanus.
