【摘要】：氯丙嗪的鎮(zhèn)靜和降溫作用是藥理學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)的經(jīng)典內(nèi)容,對(duì)指導(dǎo)臨床實(shí)踐具有重要意義,但該實(shí)驗(yàn)項(xiàng)目原有的實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)于簡(jiǎn)單,不利于激發(fā)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、培養(yǎng)其探究和創(chuàng)新思維能力。本文改進(jìn)了實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,把環(huán)境溫度更改為室溫和變溫兩種,并把醫(yī)學(xué)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)知識(shí)引入到實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的處理中,讓學(xué)生通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)不但加深了對(duì)氯丙嗪理論知識(shí)的掌握,而且也提高了數(shù)據(jù)的處理和分析能力,使實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,更能充分體現(xiàn)氯丙嗪對(duì)體溫調(diào)節(jié)功能的干擾作用,提高實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)效果。
[Abstract]:The sedative and cooling effects of chlorpromazine are the classical contents of pharmacological experimental teaching, which is of great significance in guiding clinical practice. However, the original experimental design of this experimental project is too simple to stimulate students' interest in learning. Cultivate its exploration and innovative thinking ability. This paper has improved the experimental method, changed the ambient temperature to room temperature and variable temperature, and introduced the knowledge of medical statistics into the processing of experimental data, so that the students can not only master the theoretical knowledge of chlorpromazine through the experiment. It also improves the ability of data processing and analysis, makes the experimental results statistically significant, fully reflects the interference of chlorpromazine on the function of body temperature regulation, and improves the effect of experimental teaching.
