【摘要】：目的分析研究聚維酮碘(PVP-I)的理化性質(zhì)、水溶液穩(wěn)定性特點及其在臨床上的應用效果,為降低患者手術(shù)后切口感染率提供理論依據(jù)。方法熱加速試驗法分析不同狀態(tài)PVP-I水溶液的穩(wěn)定性,并通過定量殺菌試驗證實PVP-I殺菌的有效性。結(jié)果通過懸液定量殺菌試驗證實,0.1~1.0g/L有效碘含量的PVP-I溶液能在1min內(nèi)殺滅99.9%以上致病性酵母菌、99.9%以上的腸道致病菌和釀膿鏈球菌,但10g/L有效碘含量的PVP-I溶液則需要延長作用時間;由于稀PVP-I溶液有效碘含量低,在殺菌過程中被膿性物質(zhì)、分泌物、血清等有機物消耗,因此必須保證足夠的含量或延長作用時間,高濃度、低pH的溶液,在對碘封閉性好的容器中存放,PVP-I溶液表現(xiàn)出更好的穩(wěn)定性。結(jié)論 PVP-I水溶液實際為一個動態(tài)平衡體系,體系中任一組分濃度的變化均導致平衡發(fā)生移動,穩(wěn)定性發(fā)生變化,由于PVP-I水溶液性質(zhì)溫和,殺菌性能快速有效,均在臨床上具有廣泛的應用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the physicochemical properties, stability characteristics of PVP-I and its clinical application in order to provide a theoretical basis for reducing the incision infection rate. Methods the stability of PVP-I aqueous solution in different states was analyzed by thermal accelerated test, and the effectiveness of PVP-I sterilization was proved by quantitative germicidal test. Results the suspension quantitative germicidal test confirmed that the PVP-I solution containing 0.1 渭 g / L effective iodine could kill more than 99.9% of intestinal pathogenic bacteria and Streptococcus pyogenes in 1min, but the PVP-I solution with 10g/L effective iodine content needed to prolong the time of action. Due to the low effective iodine content in dilute PVP-I solution and the consumption of purulent substances, secretions, serum and other organic substances during sterilization, it is necessary to ensure sufficient content or prolong the time of action, high concentration, low pH solution, etc. The storage of PVP-I solution in a container with good iodine sealing shows better stability. Conclusion the PVP-I aqueous solution is actually a dynamic equilibrium system. The change of the concentration of any component in the system leads to the shift of the equilibrium and the change of the stability. Because of the mild nature of the PVP-I aqueous solution, the bactericidal property of the aqueous solution is fast and effective. They are widely used in clinic.
