鉑抗腫瘤藥米鉑的熱穩(wěn)定性與晶型研究

【摘要】:對鉑類抗腫瘤藥物米鉑的熱穩(wěn)定性和晶型進(jìn)行了分析與研究.通過熱分析(DSC-TG)法測定藥物的熔點(diǎn)及結(jié)晶水的含量,并結(jié)合X射線粉末衍射儀(XPRD)及其原位高溫(in-situ high temperature)附件測定了樣品米鉑的晶型結(jié)構(gòu)及在加熱過程中的晶型熱穩(wěn)定性.結(jié)果表明,試樣米鉑含有一個(gè)結(jié)晶水,加熱到51.64℃時(shí)開始失去結(jié)晶水,在74.18℃發(fā)生微小的晶相轉(zhuǎn)變,從亞穩(wěn)態(tài)晶型轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉(wěn)態(tài)晶型,210℃時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榉蔷B(tài),221.81℃發(fā)生熔融變化,開始分解.
[Abstract]:The thermal stability and crystal form of platinum antitumor drug miplatin were analyzed and studied. The melting point and the content of crystalline water were determined by DSC-TG method. The crystal structure and thermal stability of the sample were determined by X-ray powder diffractometer (XRD) and in situ high temperature. The results show that the sample contains a crystalline water, and begins to lose crystalline water when heated to 51.64 鈩,
