市場互動一體化系統(tǒng)在藥品生產(chǎn)流程信息化管理中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:目的:建立一種有效的技術(shù)系統(tǒng)來實現(xiàn)藥品生產(chǎn)流程中的信息化管理,為我國藥品生產(chǎn)流程信息化管理提供參考。方法:通過對藥品生產(chǎn)流程中信息化管理中存在的普遍問題進行分析,使用一套基于移動互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的市場互動一體化系統(tǒng)(IIMS)解決上述問題,并對某醫(yī)藥生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的某批次藥品進行生產(chǎn)流程信息化監(jiān)管,考察該技術(shù)系統(tǒng)的可行性。結(jié)果:藥品生產(chǎn)流程中普遍存在監(jiān)督與數(shù)據(jù)采集脫節(jié)、手段落后,信息傳遞延時、封閉,信息采集成本高、難展開等問題。由通行化標(biāo)簽、信息采集終端和監(jiān)控管理平臺構(gòu)成的IIMS實現(xiàn)了批生產(chǎn)記錄無紙化數(shù)據(jù)交互,解決了藥品生產(chǎn)流程當(dāng)中的信息化交互和監(jiān)管問題。在實際考察中,IIMS對從原料采購至成品出廠共計15個環(huán)節(jié)均可進行監(jiān)管,所有數(shù)據(jù)采集成功。IIMS在不改變操作流程的基礎(chǔ)上實現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)即時化遠程控制、便于政府監(jiān)管,且未給企業(yè)造成經(jīng)濟負擔(dān)。結(jié)論:該技術(shù)系統(tǒng)適用于藥品生產(chǎn)流程中的信息化管理,可用于藥品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的信息化管理,未來可推廣至科研院所和藥品監(jiān)督部門。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish an effective technical system to realize information management in the process of drug production, and to provide reference for the information management of the drug production process in China. MS) to solve the above problems, and to supervise the production process of a certain batch of medicine in a pharmaceutical production enterprise, to inspect the feasibility of the technology system. Results: there are many problems in the process of drug production, such as supervision and data collection disjointing, backward means, delay of information transmission, closure, high cost of information collection, difficult to unfold and so on. IIMS, which is composed of information collection terminal and monitoring and management platform, realizes the paperless data interaction of batch production records, and solves the information interaction and supervision problems in the pharmaceutical production process. In the actual investigation, IIMS can supervise 15 links from raw material purchase to finished product factory, and all data acquisition success.IIMS is not changed. On the basis of the variable operation process, the real-time remote control of the data is realized, which is convenient for the government supervision and does not cause the economic burden to the enterprises. Conclusion: the technology system is suitable for the information management in the drug production process, and can be used in the information management of the pharmaceutical production enterprises and can be extended to the scientific research institute and the drug supervision department in the future.
