【摘要】：多胺是維持細胞生長分化等生命活動的必需物質。腫瘤的增殖與細胞內多胺水平密切相關,利用腫瘤細胞膜表面高表達的多胺轉運系統(tǒng)介導多胺類似物和綴合物進入細胞,可耗竭細胞內多胺并誘導腫瘤細胞凋亡。也可利用多胺聚陽離子的結構特點進行基因遞送,提高外源基因的轉染效率。綜述了基于多胺轉運系統(tǒng)的多胺類似物,綴合物和基因遞送的癌癥治療研究進展,旨為以多胺結構為基礎的抗腫瘤藥物研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:Polyamines are essential substances to maintain cell growth and differentiation. The proliferation of tumor is closely related to the level of intracellular polyamines. Polyamine analogues and conjugates are mediated into the cells by the highly expressed polyamine transport system on the surface of the tumor cell membrane, which can deplete the polyamines in the cells and induce apoptosis of the tumor cells. The structure of polyamine polycation can also be used for gene delivery to improve the efficiency of foreign gene transfection. The progress in cancer treatment of polyamine analogues, conjugates and gene delivery based on polyamine transport system is reviewed in this paper, which provides a reference for the study of antitumor drugs based on polyamine structure.
