【摘要】：目的:研究右蘭索拉唑緩釋膠囊在比格犬體內(nèi)的藥動(dòng)學(xué)特征。方法:將6只比格犬隨機(jī)分為2組,采用雙周期雙交叉給藥方法,單次灌胃60 mg右蘭索拉唑緩釋膠囊受試制劑或參比制劑,LC-MS/MS法測(cè)定比格犬體內(nèi)右蘭索拉唑血藥濃度,計(jì)算藥動(dòng)學(xué)參數(shù)并進(jìn)行生物等效性評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果:單次灌胃受試制劑和參比制劑后,比格犬血漿中右蘭索拉唑的t1/2分別為(1.34±0.73)和(1.42±0.63)h,Tmax分別為(5.7±0.52)和(5.8±1.17)h,Cmax分別為(385.5±37.14)和(380.5±53.3)ng·mL~(-1),AUC0-t分別為(1 463.9±213.2)和(1 502.3±147.8)ng·h·mL~(-1),AUC0-∞分別為(1 476.4±215.7)和(1 514.3±149.5)ng·h·mL~(-1)。結(jié)論:右蘭索拉唑緩釋膠囊受試制劑與參比制劑在比格犬體內(nèi)生物等效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the pharmacokinetics of desoprazole sustained-release capsules in Beagle dogs.Methods: six Beagle dogs were randomly divided into two groups.
