【摘要】：正2014年10月10日,美國FDA正式批準(zhǔn)了Gilead Sciences公司的一種新型抗丙肝口服片劑,療程為12周,可徹底清除患者體內(nèi)的丙肝病毒,一個(gè)療程總費(fèi)用為94 500美元。這種每日1次的口服片劑名為Harvoni,是Gilead公司王牌抗丙肝藥Sovaldi(sofosbuvir)和另一種藥物L(fēng)edipasvir聯(lián)合應(yīng)用的產(chǎn)品,該藥治療過程中無需聯(lián)合使用
[Abstract]:On October 10, 2014, the United States FDA formally approved a new antihepatitis C oral tablet from Gilead Sciences Company. The course of treatment is 12 weeks, which can completely eliminate hepatitis C virus in patients. The total cost of a course of treatment is $94,500.The once-daily oral tablet, called Harvoni, is a combination of Gilead's flagship antihepatitis C drug, Sovaldil of osbuvirr, and another drug, Ledipasvir, which is not required to be used in combination during treatment.
