【摘要】：血腦屏障是由腦微血管內皮細胞、星形膠質細胞和周皮細胞等組成的動態(tài)生理結構,在維持中樞系統(tǒng)內環(huán)境穩(wěn)態(tài)中發(fā)揮著重要作用。體外實驗其高效、靈敏、快速、穩(wěn)定等特點使其成為候選藥物高通量篩選及生理病理機制研究的首選方案。該文主要對體外血腦屏障模型的種類、組成及應用進行評述,結合國內外文獻報道,記述了經典模型的同時,詳細描述了大量國內外的最新模型及先進技術,為中樞神經系統(tǒng)藥物篩選及體外血腦屏障機制研究提供參考。
[Abstract]:Blood-brain barrier (BBB) is a dynamic physiological structure composed of cerebral microvascular endothelial cells astrocytes and pericarp cells which plays an important role in maintaining the homeostasis of the central system.Its high efficiency, sensitivity, rapidity and stability make it the first choice for the high throughput screening of candidate drugs and the study of physiological and pathological mechanism.In this paper, the species, composition and application of the blood-brain barrier model in vitro are reviewed. Combined with the domestic and foreign literature reports, the classical model is described, and a large number of latest models and advanced technologies at home and abroad are described in detail.To provide a reference for drug screening in central nervous system and the mechanism of blood-brain barrier in vitro.
