【摘要】：目的:為建立醋酸氯己定乳膏的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供參考。方法:增訂醋酸氯己定乳膏中冰片的薄層色譜鑒別;建立高效液相色譜法測(cè)定醋酸氯己定含量的方法。結(jié)果:冰片薄層色譜斑點(diǎn)清晰,可用于鑒別;醋酸氯己定質(zhì)量濃度在10.02~160.30μg/ml范圍內(nèi)與峰面積呈良好的線性關(guān)系(r=0.999 7);精密度、穩(wěn)定性、重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)的RSD均1.0%;回收率為100.9%,RSD為1.9%(n=9)。結(jié)論:該方法方便、快捷、重復(fù)性好,可作為醋酸氯己定乳膏的質(zhì)量控制方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to establish the quality standard of chlorhexidine acetate cream.Methods: to update the TLC identification of borneol in chlorhexidine acetate cream and to establish a HPLC method for the determination of chlorhexidine acetate.Results: the dot of borneol thin layer chromatography was clear and could be used for identification, the linear relationship between chlorhexidine acetate concentration and peak area was good in the range of 10.02 渭 g/ml and 160.30 渭 g/ml, the RSD of precision, stability and repeatability was 1.0%, and the recovery was 100.9%.Conclusion: the method is convenient, rapid and reproducible, and can be used as a quality control method for chlorhexidine acetate cream.
