【摘要】：目的:為深化我國藥品價格改革提供參考。方法:通過納入的抗微生物藥物和循環(huán)系統(tǒng)藥物(94個品規(guī)),計算我國2005-2013年原研藥與仿制藥最高零售限價和藥品集中招標(biāo)采購中標(biāo)價差率。結(jié)果:仿制藥最高零售限價與中標(biāo)價差異大,而原研藥最高零售限價與中標(biāo)價則較為接近。就仿制藥而言,抗微生物藥的最高零售限價與中標(biāo)價差率明顯高于循環(huán)系統(tǒng)藥;而就原研藥而言,抗微生物藥的最高零售限價與中標(biāo)價差率接近循環(huán)系統(tǒng)藥。結(jié)論:藥品最高零售限價與藥品集中招標(biāo)采購中標(biāo)價并存的格局應(yīng)逐步轉(zhuǎn)型為以藥品集中招標(biāo)采購中標(biāo)價為基礎(chǔ)的格局。
[Abstract]:Objective: to provide reference for deepening the reform of drug price in China.Methods: through the inclusion of antimicrobial drugs and circulatory system drugs (94 products), the maximum retail limit price of the original and generic drugs from 2005 to 2013 and the difference rate of the winning bid price between the original and the generic drugs in China from 2005 to 2013 were calculated.Results: there was a great difference between the maximum retail limit price and the middle price of generic drug, but the maximum retail limit price and the middle price of the original research drug were close to each other.As far as generic drugs are concerned, the difference between the maximum retail limit price and the middle price of antimicrobial drugs is obviously higher than that of circulatory drugs, while the difference rate between the maximum retail limit price and the middle price of antimicrobial drugs is close to that of circulatory drugs.Conclusion: the coexistence of the maximum retail price limit and the price in the centralized bidding procurement should be gradually transformed into a pattern based on the price tag in the centralized bidding procurement of drugs.
