抗輻射藥物研發(fā)進(jìn)展

【摘要】:抗輻射藥物又稱(chēng)輻射防護(hù)藥,可預(yù)防射線(xiàn)對(duì)人體的損傷,減輕放射病的臨床癥狀,促進(jìn)早期恢復(fù),降低發(fā)病率或死亡率。早期該類(lèi)藥物的研發(fā)重點(diǎn)主要為含巰基類(lèi)藥物,如氨磷汀(WR 2721)。作為全身照射的輻射防護(hù)劑,氨磷汀因用藥量大,毒副作用強(qiáng)而受到限制。因而尋找一種可長(zhǎng)期服用、低毒和廣泛適用的輻射防護(hù)劑,提高放療患者的存活率備受關(guān)注。該文簡(jiǎn)述了輻射防護(hù)藥的化學(xué)分類(lèi)、作用機(jī)制并就其研發(fā)趨勢(shì)作了綜述和展望。
[Abstract]:Anti-radiation drugs, also known as radiation protection drugs, can prevent radiation damage to human body, reduce the clinical symptoms of radiation sickness, promote early recovery, reduce morbidity or mortality.The early research and development of this kind of drugs mainly focus on mercapto containing drugs, such as amphostatin WR 2721.As a radiation protectant for whole body irradiation, amphotin is restricted by its high dose and side effects.Therefore, the search for a long-term, low-toxic and widely applicable radiation protection agent to improve the survival rate of radiotherapy patients has attracted much attention.In this paper, the chemical classification and action mechanism of radiation protective drugs are briefly described, and their research and development trends are reviewed and prospected.
