【摘要】:細(xì)胞穿透肽的細(xì)胞膜穿透作用借助于一種非選擇性和受體非依賴(lài)性的方式。該特點(diǎn)使得細(xì)胞穿透肽介導(dǎo)的細(xì)胞攝取過(guò)程適用于較廣泛的細(xì)胞類(lèi)型,而這種普遍性對(duì)于癌癥治療和診斷領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用無(wú)疑是重大障礙。因此,將體循環(huán)給藥的細(xì)胞穿透肽惰化形式在腫瘤等病變區(qū)域選擇性地轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榛罨瘧B(tài)成為研究熱點(diǎn)。本文重點(diǎn)關(guān)注引入酶敏感機(jī)制的可激活細(xì)胞穿膜肽及其靶向遞送系統(tǒng),對(duì)此類(lèi)傳遞載體的研究概況進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:The cell penetrating action of cell penetrating peptides is mediated by a non-selective and receptor-independent approach, which makes the cellular uptake process mediated by cellular penetrating peptides suitable for a wide range of cell types. This universality is no doubt a major obstacle to the application of cancer treatment and diagnosis. The selective transformation of cellular penetrating peptide inerting form of systemic circulation drug into active state in tumor and other pathological regions has become a hot topic. This paper focuses on the activated cellular membrane penetrating peptide and its targeted delivery system, which can be activated by introducing the enzyme sensitive mechanism. The research situation of this kind of carrier is reviewed.
