【摘要】:尿液樣本中藥物濃度的分析測(cè)定是新藥開(kāi)發(fā)的重要環(huán)節(jié)。由于尿液樣本與全血、血漿和血清等含有蛋白質(zhì)和脂質(zhì)的生物樣本間成分的差異,在檢測(cè)尿樣中的藥物濃度時(shí)可能會(huì)存在非特異性吸附的問(wèn)題。本文對(duì)尿樣非特異性吸附問(wèn)題的驗(yàn)證和解決方法進(jìn)行概述,并對(duì)其中需要關(guān)注的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行探討,旨在對(duì)廣大生物樣本分析的研究者提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Analysis and determination of drug concentration in urine samples is an important step in the development of new drugs. Because of the differences between urine samples and biological samples containing proteins and lipids, such as whole blood, plasma and serum, The problem of nonspecific adsorption may exist in the determination of drug concentration in urine samples. In this paper, the verification and solution of nonspecific adsorption problems in urine samples are summarized, and the problems that need to be paid attention to are discussed. The purpose of this study is to provide a reference for researchers in the analysis of a wide range of biological samples.
