【摘要】：《中國(guó)藥典》對(duì)藥品微生物限度方法學(xué)驗(yàn)證提出要求已實(shí)施了10多年,但目前它仍是藥品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)工作中的重點(diǎn)難點(diǎn)。本文通過(guò)查閱文獻(xiàn)并結(jié)合自身工作經(jīng)歷,論述了藥品微生物限度方法學(xué)驗(yàn)證研究的必要性,對(duì)比現(xiàn)版與舊版藥典相關(guān)要求與方法的差異,以幫助藥品檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)和藥品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)正確解讀、執(zhí)行2015年版《中國(guó)藥典》,并開展相關(guān)工作。
[Abstract]:The Chinese Pharmacopoeia has put forward the requirement to verify the methodology of drug microbial limitation for more than 10 years, but at present it is still a key and difficult point in the work of pharmaceutical manufacturing enterprises. This paper discusses the necessity of the research on the methodology verification of drug microbial limitation, compares the requirements and methods of the current edition and the old edition of the pharmacopoeia, in order to help drug inspection organizations and drug manufacturers to interpret correctly. Implement the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia and carry out related work.
