【摘要】：目的:研究我國藥品集中招標采購制度的控費效應(yīng),為完善我國藥品集中招標采購制度提供合理化建議。方法:通過統(tǒng)計學研究,整理分析藥品中標價格及藥品費用兩方面指標數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果:藥品集中招標采購制度及其相關(guān)制度存在缺陷造成控費效應(yīng)不顯著。結(jié)論:以"醫(yī)藥、醫(yī)療、醫(yī)保"三醫(yī)聯(lián)動為總體方針,對招標采購制度、醫(yī)療制度以及醫(yī)保制度進行完善。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the control effect of drug centralized bidding procurement system in China, and to provide reasonable suggestions for the improvement of drug centralized bidding procurement system in China. Collate and analyze the index data of drug bidding price and drug cost. Results: the effect of control fee is not significant because of the defects of the centralized bidding and purchasing system and its related system. Conclusion: "Medicine, medicine, medical treatment," The general policy of "three medical linkage" is to perfect the bidding and purchasing system, medical system and medical insurance system.
