【摘要】：信息技術(shù)在臨床研究中的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)給藥物研發(fā)過(guò)程帶來(lái)了革命性的變化。本文通過(guò)分析藥物臨床試驗(yàn)質(zhì)量管理規(guī)范(GCP)對(duì)臨床研究中的數(shù)據(jù)、流程以及文檔的要求,并在對(duì)我國(guó)臨床研究的信息化技術(shù)將進(jìn)入高速發(fā)展期的充分認(rèn)識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了我國(guó)臨床研究實(shí)施一體化信息技術(shù)的戰(zhàn)略思路,并結(jié)合我國(guó)的實(shí)際予以探討。
[Abstract]:Bring a revolutionary change in the application of information technology in clinical research has been given to the drug development process. Through the analysis of GCP (GCP) of clinical research data, processes and documentation requirements, and in the information technology of clinical research in China will enter a rapid development period of the foundation of fully understanding last, put forward the strategic idea of the implementation of the integration of information technology in clinical research in China, and combined with the practice to discuss our country.
