【摘要】：目的總結(jié)分析雷替曲塞的臨床應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀,尋求雷替曲塞合理用藥的方法。方法通過搜索國內(nèi)外有關(guān)雷替曲塞臨床應(yīng)用及最新研究的文獻(xiàn)資料,分析總結(jié)已公開發(fā)表的雷替曲塞臨床數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果雷替曲塞(3 mg/m~2)對治療結(jié)直腸癌、食管癌、胃癌、惡性胸膜間皮瘤等多種實(shí)體惡性腫瘤均有一定的療效,尤其在治療結(jié)直腸癌中的療效突出。雷替曲塞不良反應(yīng)相對較少,但是,需要注意的是,治療中可能出現(xiàn)的一過性轉(zhuǎn)氨酶升高。結(jié)論應(yīng)結(jié)合患者惡性腫瘤部位、分期、既往治療情況及體質(zhì)等選擇雷替曲塞的用量與用法,以實(shí)現(xiàn)合理用藥。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize and analyze the present situation of clinical application of letitrexed and to find out the method of rational use of letitrexed. Methods by searching for the domestic and foreign literatures about the clinical application and the latest research of letitrexed, Results Retilitaxel (3 mg / mm2) was effective in the treatment of colorectal cancer, esophageal carcinoma, gastric cancer, malignant pleural mesothelioma and other solid malignant tumors. Especially in the treatment of colorectal cancer, the curative effect is outstanding. The adverse effects of letitrexide are relatively few, but it should be noted that the transaminase may be elevated in the treatment. Conclusion it should be combined with the location of malignant tumor, staging. In order to realize rational drug use, the dosage and usage of letitrexed were selected for past treatment and physique.
