效應面法優(yōu)化染料木素磷脂復合物制備工藝

【摘要】:目的優(yōu)化染料木素磷脂復合物的制備工藝,并對其理化性質進行研究。方法以二氯甲烷揮發(fā)法制備染料木素磷脂復合物,以復合率為指標,進行單因素考察,再用星點設計—效應面法優(yōu)化制備工藝,并對最終制備的磷脂復合物進行理化性質研究。結果星點設計-效應面法優(yōu)選出的較佳工藝條件為:染料木素與磷脂的投料比(m/m)為2∶3,反應溫度為40℃,反應質量濃度為25 mg/m L,反應時間為2.15 h。結果按優(yōu)化條件的復合率的實驗值為(97.57±1.03)%,較二項式擬合方程預測值偏差小于1%。且染料木素磷脂復合物在水中和四氫呋喃中的溶解度均有明顯提高,其油水分配系數(shù)的提高沒有顯著性差異。結論應用星點設計-效應面優(yōu)化法能夠快速方便而精確地設計出染料木素磷脂復合物的制備工藝,且優(yōu)化出來的工藝條件穩(wěn)定可行。
[Abstract]:Objective to optimize the preparation process of genistein phospholipid complex and study its physical and chemical properties. Methods the genistein phospholipid complex was prepared by dichloromethane volatilization method. Then the star design-effect surface method was used to optimize the preparation process. The physicochemical properties of the final phospholipid complex were studied.
