【摘要】：目的:探討靜脈用藥集中調(diào)配中心(PIVAS)壓差管理的意義與作用,提出對壓差管理的意見和建議。方法:通過醫(yī)院PIVAS建設(shè)及運(yùn)行過程中對壓差的管理與實(shí)踐,對照規(guī)范及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),提出PIVAS壓差管理的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn)、適宜壓差范圍及監(jiān)測方式。結(jié)果:粗、中、高效過濾器應(yīng)進(jìn)行必要的阻力壓差監(jiān)測;對潔凈區(qū)相鄰房間靜壓差進(jìn)行監(jiān)測的同時,還應(yīng)監(jiān)測各房間相對大氣壓的靜壓差;在設(shè)定壓差監(jiān)測時,潔凈區(qū)相鄰房間的靜壓差≥5 Pa,各房間相對非潔凈區(qū)靜壓差≥10 Pa,上限以不產(chǎn)生哨音或影響開門即可。結(jié)論:PIVAS為達(dá)到符合規(guī)定的潔凈度及職業(yè)防護(hù),應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對不同區(qū)域與設(shè)備的壓差監(jiān)測和管理;同時,建議在新制定的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中設(shè)定相應(yīng)的壓差標(biāo)準(zhǔn),保證凈化系統(tǒng)的有效運(yùn)行。
