【摘要】：目的研究分析臨床鈣質(zhì)劑的臨床研究。方法隨機(jī)選取2013年3月~2016年2月我院開(kāi)出的門(mén)診處方1200張,就臨床藥學(xué)角度出發(fā)對(duì)臨床鈣質(zhì)劑使用情況進(jìn)行分析,針對(duì)所存在的問(wèn)題,提供相應(yīng)的意見(jiàn)。結(jié)果通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,在臨床中對(duì)于高血壓、佝僂病以及支氣管哮喘等慢性疾病多用鈣質(zhì)劑治療,鈣質(zhì)劑用藥不合格率7.8%。結(jié)論通過(guò)本次研究結(jié)果的分析可知,在臨床中使用鈣質(zhì)劑時(shí)需綜合考慮鈣質(zhì)劑種類(lèi)、生物利用度和使用劑量,根據(jù)患者自身病情選擇吸收好、質(zhì)地優(yōu)且生物利用度高的鈣質(zhì)劑,以確保藥物使用的安全性以及治療的有效性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study and analyze the clinical study of clinical calcareous agents. Methods from March 2013 to February 2016, 1 200 prescriptions were randomly selected to analyze the use of clinical calcium from the point of view of clinical pharmacology, and to solve the existing problems. Results through statistical analysis, the patients with chronic diseases such as hypertension, rickets and bronchial asthma were treated with calcium, and the failure rate of calcium was 7.8%. Conclusion through the analysis of the results of this study, When using calcium in clinic, we should consider comprehensively the kinds of calcium agents, bioavailability and dosage, and select the calcium agents with good quality and high bioavailability according to the patient's condition. To ensure the safety of drug use and the effectiveness of treatment.
