【摘要】：對我國基本藥物可及性進行實證研究,分析影響基本藥物可及性的各個方面的因素,探尋各利益相關方對這項工作的反饋意見。運用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型方法,建立一個與基本藥物可及性多層次、多因素等特點相適合的量化模型。本文構(gòu)建的各項指標均對基本藥物可及性的評估具有顯著意義,并符合研究假設,即各個指標對我國基本藥物可及性有顯著影響作用。政策和行政資源的投入、質(zhì)量監(jiān)管、生產(chǎn)供應作為基本藥物制度建設的主要對象,成為基本藥物可及性評估的最重要指標,而由于我國目前的藥品管理結(jié)構(gòu)對基本藥物制度建設的影響不大,組織結(jié)構(gòu)成為影響力最小的指標。
[Abstract]:This paper makes an empirical study on the accessibility of essential drugs in China, analyzes the factors that affect the accessibility of essential drugs, and explores the feedback from various stakeholders on this work. A quantitative model suitable for the multi-level and multi-factor characteristics of essential drug accessibility was established. The indexes constructed in this paper have significant significance for the evaluation of essential drug accessibility and accord with the research hypothesis. That is, each index has a significant effect on the accessibility of essential drugs in China. The input of policy and administrative resources, quality supervision and production and supply, as the main targets of the construction of essential drug system, have become the most important indicators for the evaluation of the accessibility of essential drugs. However, because the current drug management structure has little influence on the construction of essential drugs system, the organizational structure has become the least influential index.
