【摘要】：目的:制備平陽霉素殼聚糖溫度敏感型原位凝膠,并進行流變學(xué)性質(zhì)研究及體外評價。方法:采用流變儀考察平陽霉素原位凝膠體系的流變學(xué)性質(zhì)。通過體外釋放及體外降解研究,對制劑進行體外評價。結(jié)果:流變學(xué)研究表明,隨著溫度升高到37℃左右時,原位凝膠溶液發(fā)生了從溶液向凝膠的相轉(zhuǎn)變過程。體外釋藥的研究表明,藥物能持續(xù)釋放10 d以上,累積釋放量達到85%以上。結(jié)論:以上結(jié)果表明平陽霉素原位凝膠符合介入栓塞要求,體外具有明顯緩釋效果。
