【摘要】：目的:加強(qiáng)對(duì)靜配中心多個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)質(zhì)量控制,降低退藥率。方法:分析醫(yī)院靜配中心退藥情況及原因,對(duì)各工作環(huán)節(jié)進(jìn)行梳理,制定相應(yīng)措施如加強(qiáng)審方人員培訓(xùn),調(diào)整記賬、發(fā)藥時(shí)間并優(yōu)化排班,加強(qiáng)藥品管理,加強(qiáng)與臨床溝通等,進(jìn)行質(zhì)量控制。通過(guò)比較實(shí)施質(zhì)量控制前(2016年3-7月)與實(shí)施后(2016年8-12月)的退藥比例評(píng)價(jià)相關(guān)措施的效果。結(jié)果:實(shí)施后退藥率由5.94%下降到2.01%,降幅達(dá)66.16%;實(shí)施后還藥差錯(cuò)率由0.007%下降到0.001%;浪費(fèi)組數(shù)由0.004%下降到0.001%。結(jié)論:通過(guò)多環(huán)節(jié)質(zhì)量控制,有效地減少了退藥的發(fā)生,提高了靜配中心工作效率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to strengthen the quality control of many links in the static distribution center and reduce the rate of drug return. Methods: to analyze the situation and reasons of drug withdrawal in the static distribution center of hospital, to sort out the various work links, to formulate the corresponding measures such as strengthening the training of the examiners and adjusting the bookkeeping. Time to issue drugs and optimize scheduling, strengthen drug management, strengthen communication with clinical, etc. To evaluate the effect of the relevant measures before and after the implementation of quality control (from 3 to 7 months on 2016) and after implementation (from 2016 to 12 months). Results: after implementation, the drug withdrawal rate decreased from 5.94% to 201, a decrease of 66. 16%. The drug error rate decreased from 0.007% to 0.001. The number of wasted groups decreased from 0.004% to 0.001.Conclusion: through multi-link quality control, It can effectively reduce the occurrence of drug withdrawal and improve the working efficiency of the static distribution center.
