【摘要】：住院患者(包括長(zhǎng)期護(hù)理機(jī)構(gòu)在內(nèi))抗生素管理干預(yù)實(shí)施和評(píng)估的循證指南由美國(guó)感染病協(xié)會(huì)(The Infectious Disease Society of America[IDSA])和美國(guó)醫(yī)療保健流行病學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)(The Society of Healthcare Epidemiology of America[SHEA])組織的多學(xué)科專家小組編寫(xiě)。該小組包括了眾多臨床醫(yī)生和研究人員,專業(yè)背景覆蓋內(nèi)科學(xué)、急診醫(yī)學(xué)、微生物學(xué)、重癥醫(yī)學(xué)、外科學(xué)、流行病學(xué)、臨床藥學(xué),以及成人和兒童感染性疾病等。這些推薦意見(jiàn)為抗生素管理項(xiàng)目(Antimicrobial Stewardship Program[ASP])如何影響抗生素的合理化使用提供了最好的策略。
[Abstract]:Evidence-based guidelines for the implementation and evaluation of antibiotic management interventions in hospitalized patients (including long-term care institutions) by the American Society of Infectious Diseases (. The Infectious Disease Society of America. [IDSA) and the Society of Healthcare Epidemiology of America. [SHEA). The team includes a wide range of clinicians and researchers with backgrounds in internal medicine, emergency medicine, microbiology, critical medicine, and surgery. Epidemiology, Clinical Pharmacy. And infectious diseases in adults and children. These are recommended as antibiotic management programs, Antimicrobial Stewardship Program. [(ASP) provides the best strategy for influencing rational use of antibiotics.
