【摘要】：目的：改進科里內(nèi)酯的生產(chǎn)工藝,降低其生產(chǎn)成本；方法：本文以降冰片二烯為原料,先后經(jīng)過Prins反應(yīng)、Jones試劑氧化、關(guān)鍵手性中間體拆分、溴化、Baeyer-Villiger環(huán)內(nèi)氧化、羧酸還原、羥基保護、內(nèi)酯成環(huán)、酯化以及脫保護等10個步驟；并對反應(yīng)中的關(guān)鍵中間體的拆分進行了篩選,其中包括拆分試劑的選擇,結(jié)晶溶劑及結(jié)晶條件；結(jié)果：得到了一條較經(jīng)濟的合成科里內(nèi)酯的生產(chǎn)工藝路線,且確認(rèn)了關(guān)鍵手性中間體的拆分條件；結(jié)論：改進后的工藝,成本較低廉,拆分率較高,試劑易得,滿足工業(yè)生產(chǎn)要求。
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the production technology of Cory lactone, reduce the production cost; methods: the norbornadiene as raw material, after Prins reaction, Jones reagent, the key chiral intermediate split, bromide, Baeyer-Villiger ring oxidation, reduction of carboxylic acid, hydroxyl protection, lactone ring, esterification and deprotection of 10 step; and the key intermediates in the resolution were screened, including separation reagent selection, crystallization solvent and crystallization conditions; results: the production process of a more economical synthesis of Cory lactone, and confirmed the split condition of key chiral intermediates; conclusion: the improved process, low the cost of separation rate is higher, they are easy to obtain, to meet the requirements of industrial production.
