【摘要】：目的了解甘肅省農(nóng)村地區(qū)醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的處方用藥現(xiàn)狀,為規(guī)范農(nóng)村地區(qū)醫(yī)生合理用藥,提高醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量提供參考依據(jù)。方法采用分層整群抽樣方法,調(diào)查甘肅省3個縣、9個鄉(xiāng)、27個村的醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)2014年的門診處方,對抗生素使用、激素使用、處方及藥品費(fèi)用情況等進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果農(nóng)村基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)中,門診處方抗生素使用率在35%~64.58%。抗生素使用處方中,≥4種抗生素聯(lián)合使用的處方主要見于婦幼保健院、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)衛(wèi)生院和村衛(wèi)生室,占比分別為0.27%、0.19%和0.14%;靜脈滴注處方占比為30.73%,激素使用處方占比為3.07%;門診處方基本藥物、醫(yī)保/新農(nóng)合目錄藥品使用的平均水平分別是80.5%和80.6%。結(jié)論甘肅省農(nóng)村地區(qū)在抗生素的使用和給藥途徑上還存在一定程度的不合理,要控制藥品的不合理利用。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the current situation of prescription drug use in medical institutions in rural areas of Gansu Province, and to provide a reference for standardizing rational use of drugs by doctors in rural areas and improving the quality of medical services. Methods stratified cluster sampling was used. In 2014, the outpatient prescriptions of medical institutions in 3 counties, 9 townships and 27 villages in Gansu Province were investigated.
