【摘要】：2016年8月,美國、歐盟和日本共批準24個新藥,包括新分子實體、新有效成分、新生物制品、新增適應(yīng)證及新劑型藥物。對全球首次獲得批準的新分子實體、新有效成分、新生物制品進行分析,重點介紹這些藥物的臨床研究結(jié)果和研發(fā)歷史進程。
[Abstract]:In August 2016, the United States, the European Union and Japan approved a total of 24 new drugs, including new molecular entities, new active ingredients, new biological products. The new molecular entities, new active components and new biological products approved for the first time in the world were analyzed with emphasis on the clinical research results and the history of research and development of these drugs.
