【摘要】：目的:分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停綜合征對(duì)超重和肥胖2型糖尿病患者血糖、胰島素抵抗等相關(guān)指標(biāo)的影響。方法:選取2012年3月至2014年4月在我院及南方醫(yī)科大學(xué)珠江醫(yī)院門診及住院的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者128例,分為BMI正常的T2DM患者45例作為對(duì)照組,超重和肥胖的T2DM患者42例作為肥胖組,超重和肥胖合并OSA的T2DM患者41例作為治療組。記錄人口學(xué)資料、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG 2 h)、空腹胰島素(Ins0)、總膽固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDLC)、高密度脂蛋白膽固醇(HDLC)、同型半胱胺酸(Hcy),計(jì)算胰島素抵抗指數(shù)(HOMAIR)。結(jié)果:超重肥胖合并OSA組患者的Hcy、FBG、Ins0、HOMAIR均高于超重肥胖患者,而超重肥胖患者上述指標(biāo)也高于非超重肥胖組患者。CPAP治療超重肥胖合并OSA患者后,FBG、PBG、AHI、最低SO2、平均SO2及HOMA-IR均得到顯著改善。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effects of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) on blood glucose and insulin resistance in overweight and obese type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: from March 2012 to April 2014, 128 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in our hospital and Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University were selected and divided into 45 T2DM patients with normal BMI as control group. 42 T2DM patients with overweight and obesity were treated as obese group, and 41 T2DM patients with overweight and obesity with OSA were treated as treatment group. Demographic data were recorded. Fasting blood glucose, PBG 2 h), fasting insulin (Ins0), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride, (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol, (LDLC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC), insulin resistance index (HOMAIR).) were calculated. Results: the Hcy,FBG,Ins0,HOMAIR of patients with overweight and obesity combined with OSA was higher than that of patients with overweight and obesity, and that of overweight and obese patients was higher than that of patients without overweight and obesity. The mean SO2 and HOMA-IR of the lowest SO2, were significantly improved after the treatment of overweight and obese patients with OSA.
