我國鋼鐵廠噪聲與高血壓發(fā)病風險關系的Meta分析

【摘要】:目的探討鋼鐵廠工人噪聲暴露與高血壓發(fā)病風險的關系。方法使用計算機聯機檢索國內外數據庫,通過關鍵詞收集相關研究文獻,提取數據后使用Stata 12.0軟件進行Meta分析。結果共檢索到3 392篇相關文獻,經篩選后納入12篇文獻,涉及我國6個地區(qū)。使用隨機效應模型對各組效應量進行合并,鋼鐵廠暴露噪聲組高血壓的發(fā)病風險是未暴露組的2.09倍(OR=2.09,95%CI:1.68~2.60)。其中當噪聲暴露量為85 d B(A)時合并OR為1.24(95%CI:0.60~2.54),85~d B(A)時合并OR為1.74(95%CI:1.27~2.37),95~d B(A)時合并OR為3.38(95%CI:2.61~4.37),≥105 d B(A)時合并OR為5.51(95%CI:3.84~7.90)。劑量-反應關系結果表明當鋼鐵廠噪聲增加時,高血壓發(fā)病風險隨之增加。經敏感性分析及發(fā)表偏倚檢驗,Meta分析結果穩(wěn)定。結論鋼鐵廠噪聲可能使我國職業(yè)工人血壓升高,且患高血壓的危險性隨噪聲暴露等級增高而逐漸增加。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between noise exposure and hypertension risk in iron and steel factory workers. Methods the databases at home and abroad were searched online by computer, and the relevant literatures were collected by key words. The data were extracted and analyzed by Meta 12.0 software. Results A total of 3 392 related literatures were retrieved and 12 articles were selected, involving 6 regions in China. The risk of hypertension in the exposed noise group was 2.09 times higher than that in the unexposed group (OR=2.09,95%CI:1.68~2.60). When the noise exposure is 85 d B (A), the combined OR is 1.24 (95%CI:0.60~2.54), and the combined OR is 1.74 (95%CI:1.27~2.37) when the noise exposure is 85 d B (A).
