【摘要】：目的:觀察益髓補(bǔ)腎方對惡性血液病患者圍化療期生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法:選取100例惡性血液病患者作為研究對象,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字法分為益髓補(bǔ)腎方組及對照組,各50例,益髓補(bǔ)腎方組在圍化療期給予益髓補(bǔ)腎方+化療治療,對照組在圍化療期給予單純化療,在一療程的化療結(jié)束后以問卷形式行生活質(zhì)量的評估,共計(jì)4個療程。結(jié)果:益髓補(bǔ)腎方組患者總有效率均優(yōu)于對照組(44.00%/30.00%),不良反應(yīng)的發(fā)生率低于對照組(30.00%/60.00%),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療后,益髓補(bǔ)腎方組患者總體健康狀況、功能量表各項(xiàng)評分均高于對照組(P0.05);癥狀量表各項(xiàng)目評分均低于對照組(P0.05);六個單項(xiàng)測量項(xiàng)目除經(jīng)濟(jì)困難外,益髓補(bǔ)腎方組各指標(biāo)評分均低于對照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論:益髓補(bǔ)腎方聯(lián)合化療治療HM患者效果顯著,可有效提高其治療后的生活質(zhì)量,值得借鑒和推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of Yiwei Bushen recipe on the quality of life of patients with malignant hematopathy. Methods: 100 patients with malignant hematological diseases were randomly divided into two groups: the group of tonifying kidney and the group of tonifying kidney, 50 cases in each group. The group of tonifying kidney and tonifying kidney was treated with Yishui Bushen recipe in the peri-chemotherapy period. The control group was given simple chemotherapy during the peri-chemotherapy period and the quality of life (QOL) was evaluated by questionnaire after one course of chemotherapy for a total of 4 courses. Results: the total effective rate of Yishui Bushen prescription group was better than that of control group (44.00 / 30.00%), and the incidence of adverse reaction was lower than that of control group (30.00-60.00%), the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The scores of each item of the function scale were higher than that of the control group (P0.05); the scores of each item of symptom scale were lower than that of the control group (P0.05); except economic difficulties, the scores of each index of Yiwei Bushen prescription group were lower than those of the control group (P0.05). Conclusion: Yiwei Bushen recipe combined with chemotherapy is effective in the treatment of HM patients, and can effectively improve the quality of life after treatment, which is worthy of reference and popularization.
