【摘要】：目的研究不穩(wěn)定心絞痛患者肺炎衣原體抗體IgG和IgM表達(dá),分析感染因素。方法選取2014年8月-2015年8月醫(yī)院接診40例不穩(wěn)定心絞痛患者為觀察組,另選取同期健康體檢者40名為對照組,檢測兩組受試者TNF-α、CRP、tPA、PAI-1及CpnIgG、CpnIgM表達(dá),觀察兩組相關(guān)資料比較,TNF-α、CRP、tPA、PAI-1及Cpn抗體檢測結(jié)果,肺炎衣原體抗體IgG與各監(jiān)測指標(biāo)水平比較。結(jié)果兩組tPA水平無明顯差異,觀察組TNF-α(2.84±0.26)μg/L、CRP(6.82±1.10)mg/L、PAI-1(0.82±0.12)AU/ml均大于對照組(0.60±0.28)μg/L、(2.47±0.70)mg/L、(0.45±0.14)AU/ml,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組Cpn-IgM陽性率無明顯差異,Cpn-IgG陽性率差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05),兩組HDL-C水平無明顯差異;陽性組TC、TG、LDL-C、PAI-1、CRP、TNF-α(4.92±0.89、1.87±0.59、2.56±0.68)mmol/L、(0.79±0.24)AU/ml、(5.26±1.30)mg/L、(2.19±0.68)μg/L均大于陰性組(4.22±0.75、1.18±0.31、2.19±0.56)mmol/L、(0.38±0.11)AU/ml、(2.70±0.86)mg/L、(1.06±0.34)μg/L(P0.05),tPA活性(0.43±0.05)IU/ml小于陰性組(0.52±0.07)IU/ml,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論肺炎衣原體抗體IgG與不穩(wěn)定心絞痛有密切的關(guān)系,會促進(jìn)炎癥因子的釋放,誘導(dǎo)CRP、TNF-α產(chǎn)生,干擾血漿脂質(zhì)代謝,從而導(dǎo)致患者不穩(wěn)定心絞痛病發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the expression of chlamydia pneumoniae antibody IgG and IgM in patients with unstable angina pectoris. Methods from August 2014 to August 2015, 40 patients with unstable angina pectoris were selected as observation group and 40 healthy persons as control group. The expression of TNF- 偽 -CRPtPA-PAI-1 and CpnIgGtPAI-1 and CpnIgGfCpnIgM were detected in both groups. The results of TNF- 偽 CRPPAI-1 and Cpn antibodies were compared between the two groups, and the levels of chlamydia pneumoniae antibody IgG were compared with each other.
