【摘要】：網膜素是由內臟脂肪組織分泌的一種細胞因子,能夠增強胰島素敏感性,與代謝綜合征、炎癥性疾病等多種疾病密切相關。循環(huán)網膜素水平是頸動脈粥樣斑塊的獨立預測因素,表明網膜素可能參與了動脈粥樣硬化發(fā)生發(fā)展的調控。網膜素可能通過內皮細胞保護作用、抑制巨噬細胞源性泡沫細胞形成、抑制血管平滑肌細胞的增殖、遷移、分泌以及抗炎作用發(fā)揮著抗動脈粥樣硬化作用。文章將對網膜素的生物學特性、生理病理作用以及網膜素與動脈粥樣硬化關系的研究進展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Omentin is a cytokine secreted by visceral adipose tissue, which can enhance insulin sensitivity and is closely related to metabolic syndrome, inflammatory diseases and other diseases. The level of circulatory retinin is an independent predictor of carotid atherosclerotic plaque, suggesting that omentin may be involved in the regulation of atherosclerosis. Omentin may inhibit the formation of macrophage derived foam cells and inhibit the proliferation, migration, secretion and anti-inflammatory effects of vascular smooth muscle cells through the protective effect of endothelial cells. In this paper, the biological characteristics, physiological and pathological effects of omentin and the relationship between omentin and atherosclerosis are reviewed.
