【摘要】：精準醫(yī)學通過整合表型組學、多生物組學及環(huán)境社會因素,借助現(xiàn)代信息學技術(shù)實現(xiàn)個體化治療的目標。精準心臟病學將精準醫(yī)學理念與方法運用于心血管領(lǐng)域,采用大規(guī)模、深入型、創(chuàng)新性研究方法實現(xiàn)研究突破,促進藥物研發(fā)與應用,結(jié)合臨床對不同遺傳背景、環(huán)境暴露的個體提出個體化風險評估、疾病診斷和干預方案,進行針對性的心血管疾病預防和診治,最終改善患者預后并提高患者生活質(zhì)量。精準心臟病學目前面臨著諸多亟待解決的技術(shù)、社會和倫理障礙。隨著研究與認識的深入,精準心臟病學將在攻克心血管疾病領(lǐng)域的諸多難關(guān)、提高心血管疾病的診治能力過程中發(fā)揮重要作用。
[Abstract]:By integrating phenotypic, multi-biologic and environmental and social factors, precision medicine achieves the goal of individualized therapy by means of modern informatics technology. Precision cardiology applies the concept and method of precision medicine to the cardiovascular field, using large-scale, in-depth and innovative research methods to achieve research breakthroughs, promote drug development and application, and combine clinical genetic background. Individuals exposed to the environment put forward individualized risk assessment, disease diagnosis and intervention, and targeted prevention and treatment of cardiovascular disease, ultimately improve the prognosis of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. Precision cardiology is facing many technical, social and ethical obstacles to be solved. With the deepening of research and understanding, precise cardiology will play an important role in overcoming many difficulties in the field of cardiovascular disease and improving the ability of diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease.
