乙型肝炎病毒核心基因的PCR-RELP圖案對中國肝細胞癌和肝硬化人群的臨床意義

簡介:乙型肝炎是一種由乙型肝炎病毒所引起的疾病。它通過感染者的血液和體液進行傳播。全世界約有4億人感染乙肝病毒,每年約150萬人死亡。僅僅在中國就有1.3億人感染乙肝病毒。中國每年約有30萬人死亡,其中包括18萬肝細胞癌患者。乙肝病毒DNA包含4個開放閱讀框:核心,表面,x和聚合酶。核心基因編碼乙型肝炎e抗原和乙型肝炎核心抗原。乙肝病毒核心基因突變和sNPs與慢性乙肝患者的肝炎活動性有關。 目標:1探清肝細胞癌和肝硬化患者乙肝病毒核心區(qū)域的PcR.RFLP模式。 2評價PCR-RFLP模式在肝細胞癌和肝硬化患者中的臨床意義。 材料與方法:從2010年1月1日到2010年11月7日共收集了320名肝細胞癌患者和130名肝硬化患者。根據(jù)統(tǒng)一的納入標準選擇患者;颊叩哪挲g范圍從14歲到82歲。感染艾滋病病毒、丙肝病毒或有甲狀腺疾病的患者排除在外。某式PCR是用于擴增HBV-DNA。有關乙肝病毒,肝細胞癌和肝硬化的實驗分析分子生物學研究:HBV DNA,PcR-RFLP模式,測序 研究結果:有五個典型PcR-RFLP限制性酶裂解rsp509I模式(c,D,E...
