【摘要】：目的觀察新生兒時期的家族性滲出性玻璃體視網(wǎng)膜病變(Familial Exudative Vitreoretinopathy,FEVR)的發(fā)病狀況及臨床特征。方法回顧性分析于2014年1月至2016年3月在我院行Retcam眼底篩查中被臨床診斷為FEVR的103例169眼的臨床資料。結(jié)果 16446例新生兒中發(fā)現(xiàn)FEVR病變103例,發(fā)生率為0.63%。其中有3例(2.91%)是早產(chǎn)或低出生體重兒。103例169眼中,1期156眼(92.31),2期9眼(5.33%),4期4眼(2.36%),3期及5期均未見(0%)。大多數(shù)(92.31%)患者病情好轉(zhuǎn)或趨于穩(wěn)定,隨訪觀察,需要激光治療的5例9眼,占5.33%。結(jié)論(1)FEVR和早產(chǎn)兒視網(wǎng)膜病變的臨床特征非常相似,其鑒別診斷需進(jìn)一步完善。(2)大部分患兒屬于FEVR的早期,暫不需治療,但也有部分需要盡快進(jìn)一步治療,挽救患兒視力。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the incidence and clinical features of familial exudative vitreoretinopathy (Familial Exudative Vitreoretinopathy,FEVR) in neonates. Methods from January 2014 to March 2016, we retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 169 eyes of 103 cases diagnosed as FEVR by Retcam fundus screening in our hospital from January 2014 to March 2016. Results 103 cases of FEVR were found in 16446 neonates, the incidence was 0.63. Among them, 3 cases (2.91%) were premature or low birth weight infants. In 103 cases (169 eyes), 156 eyes (92.31 eyes) were in stage 1, 9 eyes (5.33%) in stage 2, 4 eyes (2.36%) in stage 4, and none in stage 3 or stage 5 (0%). The majority of the patients (92.31%) were better or more stable. Follow-up observation showed that 5 cases (9 eyes) were in need of laser treatment, accounting for 5.33 eyes. Conclusion (1) the clinical features of FEVR and premature retinopathy are very similar, and the differential diagnosis needs further improvement. (2) most of the children belong to the early stage of FEVR and do not need treatment, but some of them need further treatment as soon as possible. Save the child's eyesight.
