Angio-OCT在眼科疾病臨床應(yīng)用中研究進展

【摘要】:光學(xué)相干斷層掃描(optical coherence tomography,OCT)血管成像(angiography OCT,Angio-OCT)是一種無創(chuàng)性的新型血流成像技術(shù),僅在數(shù)秒內(nèi)獲得視網(wǎng)膜血管影像。與傳統(tǒng)的OCT相比,Angio-OCT的分辨率更高、掃描速度更快,能夠更精確地定性分析視網(wǎng)膜結(jié)構(gòu)形態(tài)改變,同時實現(xiàn)了無創(chuàng)性定量測量視網(wǎng)膜、脈絡(luò)膜、視盤的血管和血流灌注。本文對Angio-OCT的定量測量血流灌注的原理,以及在脈絡(luò)膜新生血管、視網(wǎng)膜動靜脈阻塞、糖尿病視網(wǎng)膜病變以及原發(fā)性開角型青光眼等眼科主要疾病中的應(yīng)用進展進行綜述。
[Abstract]:Optical coherence tomography (optical coherence tomography,OCT) angiography (angiography OCT,Angio-OCT) is a new noninvasive blood flow imaging technique, which can obtain retinal vascular images in only a few seconds. Compared with traditional OCT, Angio-OCT has higher resolution, faster scanning speed, more accurate qualitative analysis of retinal structural and morphological changes, and non-invasive quantitative measurement of retinal, choroidal and optic disc blood vessels and blood flow perfusion. The principle of quantitative measurement of blood flow perfusion by Angio-OCT and its application in choroidal neovascularization retinal arteriovenous occlusion diabetic retinopathy and primary open angle glaucoma are reviewed.
