【摘要】：目的探討鼻竇囊腫的臨床特征、影像學(xué)特點(diǎn)及治療方法。方法回顧性分析本院81例鼻竇囊腫患者的臨床癥狀、影像學(xué)特點(diǎn)以及手術(shù)治療效果。結(jié)果 81例患者主要表現(xiàn)為頭痛、鼻塞、面部腫塊、突眼、視力下降、眼痛等非特異性癥狀,CT掃描提示病變位于上頜竇者27例、篩竇者26例、額-篩竇12例,蝶-篩竇10例、蝶竇4例、額竇2例。所有患者行鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)治療,無(wú)并發(fā)癥,術(shù)后隨訪無(wú)復(fù)發(fā)。結(jié)論鼻竇囊腫大多表現(xiàn)為鼻外癥狀,應(yīng)引起臨床重視;影像學(xué)檢查有助于鼻竇囊腫的診斷;鼻內(nèi)鏡手術(shù)治療鼻竇囊腫安全可靠。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical features, imaging features and treatment of paranasal sinus cysts. Methods the clinical symptoms, imaging features and surgical results of 81 patients with paranasal cyst were retrospectively analyzed. Results among 81 patients, headache, nasal obstruction, facial mass, exophthalmos, decreased vision, eye pain and other non-specific symptoms revealed that the lesions were located in the maxillary sinus in 27 cases, ethmoid sinus in 26 cases, frontoethmoid sinus in 12 cases, and sphenoethmoid sinus in 10 cases. There were 4 cases of sphenoid sinus and 2 cases of frontal sinus. All patients underwent endoscopic sinus surgery, no complications and no recurrence. Conclusion most of the nasal sinus cysts show extranasal symptoms, which should be paid more attention to, imaging examination is helpful to the diagnosis of sinus cysts, and endoscopic surgery is safe and reliable in the treatment of paranasal cysts.
