【摘要】：目的探討眼球按摩預(yù)防青光眼術(shù)后并發(fā)癥的效果。方法選擇青光眼患者86例,按入院時(shí)間單雙日分為觀察組與對(duì)照組各43例,所有患者都給予小梁切除術(shù)與術(shù)后常規(guī)處理,在此基礎(chǔ)上觀察組加用術(shù)后眼球按摩,觀察時(shí)間為1個(gè)月。結(jié)果所有患者都順利完成手術(shù),從眼內(nèi)感染發(fā)生率進(jìn)行分析,在術(shù)后1個(gè)月內(nèi)觀察組和對(duì)照組分別是2.3%與14.0%,觀察組顯著低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。觀察組與對(duì)照組術(shù)后1個(gè)月的眼壓分別為(9.24±1.48)mm Hg和(13.49±2.14)mm Hg,都明顯低于術(shù)前的(22.56±4.29)mm Hg和(22.44±3.98)mm Hg(P0.05),同時(shí)觀察組術(shù)后1個(gè)月的眼壓明顯低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。術(shù)后1個(gè)月觀察組的功能型濾過泡的形成率為88.4%,對(duì)照組為72.1%,觀察組明顯高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論眼球按摩在青光眼術(shù)后的應(yīng)用能有效預(yù)防眼內(nèi)感染,促進(jìn)眼壓的降低和功能型濾過泡的形成,也易于患者自我掌握,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of eyeball massage on preventing postoperative complications of glaucoma. Methods 86 patients with glaucoma were divided into observation group (n = 43) and control group (n = 43) according to admission time. All patients were treated with trabeculectomy and postoperative routine treatment. The observation time was 1 month. Results all the patients completed the operation successfully, and the incidence of intraocular infection was analyzed. The IOP of the observation group and the control group were 2.3% and 14.0 respectively within one month after operation, which were significantly lower than that of the control group (P 0.05). The IOP of the observation group and the control group were 9.24 鹵1.48)mm Hg and 13.49 鹵2.14)mm Hg respectively, which were significantly lower than those of the preoperative observation group (22.56 鹵4.29)mm Hg) and the control group (22.44 鹵3.98)mm Hg P 0.05). The intraocular pressure in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group 1 month after operation (P 0.05). The formation rate of functional filtering bleb was 88.4 in the observation group and 72.1 in the control group. The intraocular pressure in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the application of eyeball massage in postoperative glaucoma is higher than that in the control group. Can effectively prevent intraocular infection, To promote the reduction of intraocular pressure and the formation of functional filtering blebs, it is easy for patients to master themselves, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
