【摘要】：白內(nèi)障在全球致盲性疾病中始終占居首位,給全球帶來了巨大負擔。白內(nèi)障的發(fā)生與諸多因素有關,如年齡、輻射、糖尿病等。臨床上有些藥物的使用也是其危險因素之一,如糖皮質激素、吩噻嗪類藥物、他汀類藥物等。該文回顧了近年來一些藥物性白內(nèi)障的最新研究成果,在此基礎上進行歸納總結,闡述了與白內(nèi)障相關的多種藥物和其相關性白內(nèi)障的發(fā)病機制,以期望可以對臨床醫(yī)師和不同類型白內(nèi)障發(fā)病機制的相關研究有所幫助。
[Abstract]:Cataract has always been the leading cause of blindness in the world, which brings a huge burden to the world. The occurrence of cataract is related to many factors, such as age, radiation, diabetes, etc. The use of some drugs in clinic is also one of its risk factors. For example, glucocorticoids, phenothiazines, statins and so on. Various drugs related to cataract and the pathogenesis of cataract are described in this paper, in order to be helpful to clinicians and related studies of different types of cataract.
