【摘要】：目的觀察經(jīng)鼻吸入布地奈德及特布他林治療支氣管哮喘急性發(fā)作并變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者的臨床療效。方法選取2013年9月—2015年5月淮安市淮陰醫(yī)院收治的支氣管哮喘急性發(fā)作并變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者96例,采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為對(duì)照組和觀察組,每組48例。兩組患者入院后均給予支氣管哮喘常規(guī)干預(yù),對(duì)照組患者在此基礎(chǔ)上經(jīng)口吸入布地奈德和特布他林,觀察組患者在此基礎(chǔ)上經(jīng)鼻吸入布地奈德和特布他林。比較兩組患者治療前、治療后3 d、出院前視覺(jué)模擬量表(VAS)評(píng)分、哮喘控制問(wèn)卷(ACT)評(píng)分,住院時(shí)間及住院期間糖皮質(zhì)激素靜脈給藥量。結(jié)果治療前兩組患者VAS、ACT評(píng)分比較,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);治療3 d后、出院前觀察組患者VAS評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組,ACT評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。觀察組患者住院時(shí)間短于對(duì)照組,住院期間糖皮質(zhì)激素靜脈給藥量少于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論經(jīng)鼻吸入布地奈德及特布他林治療支氣管哮喘急性發(fā)作并變應(yīng)性鼻炎患者的臨床療效確切,可有效控制鼻炎及哮喘癥狀,縮短住院時(shí)間并減少糖皮質(zhì)激素用量。
[Abstract]:Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of nasal inhalation of budesonide and terbutaline in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis patients. Methods from September 2013 to May 2015 in Huai'an Huaiyin Hospital were acute bronchial asthma and 96 cases of allergic rhinitis were collected, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 48 cases in each group. Two groups of patients were given conventional intervention bronchial asthma, patients in the control group on the basis of oral budesonide and terbutaline, patients in the observation group on the basis of nasal inhalation of budesonide and terbutaline. Comparison of two groups of patients before treatment, after treatment 3 D before discharge from the visual analog scale (VAS) score, asthma control questionnaire (ACT) score, hospitalization time and hospitalization during intravenous glucocorticoid dosage. The results of two groups of patients before treatment VAS, ACT score comparison, the difference was not statistically significant (P0.05); after 3 D treatment before discharge, VAS scores in observation group were lower than the control group, ACT score higher than the control group (P0.05). The patients in the observation group were shorter than the control group during hospitalization, intravenous glucocorticoid dosage was less than the control group (P0.05). Conclusion the nasal inhalation of budesonide and special cloth He Lin therapeutic effect in the treatment of acute attack of bronchial asthma and allergic rhinitis patients exactly, can effectively control the rhinitis and asthma symptoms, shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the dosage of corticosteroid.
