【摘要】：目的觀察促紅細(xì)胞生成素在開顱動(dòng)脈瘤夾閉術(shù)后腦缺血治療中的應(yīng)用效果。方法選取宜賓市第三人民醫(yī)院2013年6月到2014年6月間的100例開顱動(dòng)脈瘤夾閉術(shù)腦缺血患者為研究對象,將其按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為研究組與對照組,對照組患者給予改善腦循環(huán)、血管痙攣、保護(hù)腦組織的藥物進(jìn)行治療,研究組在常規(guī)治療基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)用促紅細(xì)胞生成素,觀察兩組患者治療前后NIHSS評分,治療后不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)腦缺血面積縮小率、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)變化。結(jié)果治療后研究組與對照組的NIHSS評分較治療前有明顯降低,且研究組降低程度優(yōu)于對照組,比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。手術(shù)后第3周、第4周和第5周的研究組與對照組腦缺血面積縮小率較治療前有明顯的提高,且研究組提高程度優(yōu)于對照組,比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。研究組MDA水平明顯的低于對照組,而SOD水平高于對照組,比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論臨床中應(yīng)用促紅細(xì)胞生成素可以通過促進(jìn)缺血腦組織的微循環(huán)重建,從而改善腦缺血的臨床癥狀并對神經(jīng)細(xì)胞起到保護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of erythropoietin on cerebral ischemia after intracranial aneurysm closure. Methods from June 2013 to June 2014, 100 patients with cerebral ischemia underwent clipping operation in Yibin third people's Hospital were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random digital table. The patients in the control group were treated with drugs to improve cerebral circulation, vasospasm and brain tissue protection. The patients in the study group were treated with Erythropoietin on the basis of routine treatment. The NIHSS scores of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. The reduction rate of cerebral ischemia area and the changes of (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA) (MDA) were observed at different time points after treatment. Results the NIHSS score of the study group and the control group was significantly lower than that of the control group after treatment, and the decrease degree of the study group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The reduction rate of cerebral ischemia area in the study group and the control group was significantly higher than that in the control group at the 3rd week, 4th week and 5th week after operation, and the improvement degree of the study group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). The level of MDA in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the level of SOD was higher than that in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion Erythropoietin can improve the clinical symptoms of cerebral ischemia and protect nerve cells by promoting the reconstruction of microcirculation in ischemic brain tissue.
