【摘要】：[目的]研究白藜蘆醇對(duì)兔膝骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎模型的保護(hù)作用。[方法]將40只成年新西蘭兔(限雄性)作為實(shí)驗(yàn)兔,隨機(jī)分為5組,正常組、模型組、低劑量白藜蘆醇組、中劑量白藜蘆醇組、高劑量白藜蘆醇組,模型組及白藜蘆醇組采用Hulth經(jīng)典方法造骨關(guān)節(jié)炎模型。術(shù)后4周造模成功,各組分別干預(yù),10周后行X線片檢測(cè),并取膝關(guān)節(jié)標(biāo)本行HE染色、Mankins評(píng)分、micro CT掃描,數(shù)據(jù)作統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理。[結(jié)果]與模型組相比,白藜蘆醇處理組的X線膝關(guān)節(jié)間隙改變和鏡下軟骨退變明顯減輕。此外,白藜蘆醇組的組織學(xué)Manking評(píng)分和micro CT的軟骨下骨骨量體積比(BV/TV)及骨小梁數(shù)目(Tb.N)值也以劑量依賴的方式減低,各組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]白藜蘆醇能防止關(guān)節(jié)軟骨退變,從而延緩骨關(guān)節(jié)炎進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:[objective] to study the protective effect of resveratrol on rabbit knee osteoarthritis model. [methods] Forty adult New Zealand rabbits were randomly divided into 5 groups: normal group, model group, low dose resveratrol group, middle dose resveratrol group and high dose resveratrol group. The model group and resveratrol group were used to establish osteoarthritis model with Hulth classical method. The model was successfully established 4 weeks after operation. Each group was intervened respectively. After 10 weeks X-ray examination was performed. The knee joint specimens were stained with HE and Mankins score was scanned by, micro CT. The data were processed statistically. [results] compared with the model group, the X-ray changes of knee joint space and the degeneration of cartilage in resveratrol treated group were significantly reduced. In addition, resveratrol group's histological Manking score, micro CT subchondral bone volume ratio (BV/TV) and bone trabecular number (Tb.N) were also decreased in a dose-dependent manner, the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). [conclusion] resveratrol can prevent articular cartilage degeneration and delay the progress of osteoarthritis.
