【摘要】：目的探討面部皮膚軟組織外傷在整形美容修復(fù)的效果。方法選取2014~2015年我院急診入院的面部軟組織創(chuàng)傷患者88例,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行急診整形修復(fù),并隨時(shí)觀察其療效,并進(jìn)行1年的隨訪。結(jié)果所有患者均經(jīng)過(guò)整形美容外科技術(shù),傷口均得到愈合,對(duì)瘢痕纖細(xì)并術(shù)后隨訪1年后,未發(fā)生傷口的瘢痕增生一體機(jī)缺位的畸形等并發(fā)癥。結(jié)論面部皮膚軟組織外傷患者應(yīng)用整形美容術(shù)可以很大限度的修復(fù)皮膚,并對(duì)皮膚進(jìn)行美化,并幫助面部恢復(fù)形體和功能,在很大程度上滿足了患者對(duì)于審美的需要。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of facial skin and soft tissue injury on plastic and cosmetic repair. Methods Eighty-eight patients with facial soft tissue trauma admitted to our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were selected and treated with emergency plastic repair. The curative effect was observed at any time and followed up for 1 year. Results all the patients were treated with plastic surgery and the wound was healed. The scar was fine and followed up for 1 year. There were no complications such as the deformity of the scar hyperplasia and the absence of the whole machine. Conclusion plastic beauty surgery can be used to repair the skin and beautify the skin in patients with facial soft tissue trauma. It can help to restore the body and function of the face and to a great extent meet the aesthetic needs of the patients.
