【摘要】：目的:探討生物型外科補片(生物補片)在被覆組織過薄隆乳術中應用的手術技巧和臨床效果。方法:經(jīng)乳暈下緣切口,剝離乳腺后間隙,用縫線牽引法置入生物補片并使之展平,生物補片粗糙面與被覆組織內(nèi)面緊貼,用皮釘法固定生物補片。置入硅凝膠乳房假體行隆乳術。結(jié)果:2010年7月-2015年11月應用該方法共計12例,其中聚丙烯酰胺水凝膠注射隆乳注射材料取出術后被覆軟組織過薄8例,Poland綜合征2例,多次胸大肌后間隙假體隆乳術后Ⅳ級包膜攣縮更換假體乳腺后間隙隆乳2例。無血腫、感染、假體外露等并發(fā)癥發(fā)生。術后隨訪6個月~5年,除1例出現(xiàn)Ⅲ級包膜攣縮外,其余病例乳房外形較術前明顯改善,患者自覺滿意。結(jié)論:生物補片有良好的生物相容性和組織相容性,機械性能滿足隆乳術中對抗拉伸強度及柔韌性的要求,易于與被覆軟組織嚴密縫合;在被覆組織過薄的隆乳術中具有增厚被覆軟組織、防止假體外露、增加假體隆乳術后的自然手感等作用,在此類適應癥中具有良好的臨床使用效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the technique and clinical effect of biological surgical patch in the application of thin tissue augmentation mammoplasty.
