【摘要】：克羅恩病(Crohn’s disease,CD)臨床表現(xiàn)復(fù)雜,目前尚無根治性的治療方案。CD可發(fā)生于消化道任何部位,隨著病情進(jìn)展,可出現(xiàn)狹窄、梗阻、惡變、穿孔、瘺管等并發(fā)癥,須及時(shí)外科干預(yù)。結(jié)腸型CD具有特有的臨床表現(xiàn)及疾病轉(zhuǎn)歸,使其處理策略有別于其他部位的病變。正確把握手術(shù)時(shí)機(jī)并權(quán)衡手術(shù)利弊,選擇合適手術(shù)時(shí)機(jī)及手術(shù)方式,在多學(xué)科綜合治療協(xié)作組模式下制定適合病人的個(gè)體化臨床決策與方案,可使病人獲益更多。
[Abstract]:The clinical manifestations of Crohn's disease (CDCD) are complicated. There is no radical therapy. CD can occur in any part of the digestive tract. With the progression of the disease, the complications such as stenosis, obstruction, malignant change, perforation, fistula and so on, need to be intervention in time. Colon type CD has special clinical manifestation and disease outcome, which makes its management strategy different from other lesions. In order to make individual clinical decision and plan suitable for patients, the patients can benefit more by correctly grasping the operation opportunity and weighing the advantages and disadvantages of the operation, choosing the appropriate operation opportunity and operation method, and making individual clinical decision and scheme suitable for the patients under the multi-disciplinary comprehensive treatment cooperation group mode.
